Shadow - GhazzyTV - Essence Drain & Contagion (or Bane/Soulrend) Trickster [SC/HC/Uber Elder/Shaper] - Forum

Is the ascendancy portion of the guide right? It suggests taking Weave the Arcane first while in the video you took Patient Reaper. Patient Reaper seems like it would be a great damage spike initially as well as some nice suitability from the on-kill effects. What is the reason for suggesting Weave first? Can someone explain the general casting order when mapping and bossing because there seems to be a lot to manage between contagion, ED, blight and wither totem? I drop contagion to clear white packs, while tagging at least one enemy with ED? Tougher stuff I should tag with ED and then blight to death? Wither totem for bosses? Packs: contagion and shoot with ED, if a rare is still alive go near it and kill it with blight, at 1/4 of health you canm move, DoT should kill it.
