As I said, I'm currently doing Tier 11-13 maps. I continuously attempted to use aforementioned bug starting from tier 1. Using the map list, still attempting on other maps. Basically I was forced to do this whole road using only level 60 Solar Guards (the best you can get from Campaign), and some other Spectres (since there are plenty of interesting ones). I'm sure you understand that this can't possibly continue like that, 13+ rare corrupted maps are simply too high level for campaign-level spectres and certain bosses simply ravage them with sheer damage. I can get lucky with rolls on maps for Solaris (or other viable Spectre caster) enemies only so often to get anything higher than that.
I guess I'll just have to assume that I am that unlucky in particular. And continue Desecrating for 30-50 times on every map hoping to see at least one Solar Guard corps at some point. Or maybe give up and re-roll in animate weapon or similar "no fun all clear", which I'm still not willing to do yet.

Sounds odd though :/ noone else has had this issue, have you tried summoning the spectres from the lower area lvls and try with those in the maps?

You know what, I didn't try doing that while using lower level Spectre. Obviously didn't make sense to use even lower leveled Spectres when I already had the problem of them being too low level. I'll try doing that, luckily I'm quite pedantic and have quite a few spare tier 1-8 maps, including those from the list to check this out. I'll post if it helps. Or after a few days of trying we'll conclude that I'm hated in particular.
*Update* Worked with the first 10 or so Desecrates on Pier. I think we can conclude from this that using level 60 Solar Guards from The Harbour Bridge somehow affects this Desecrate bug because reasons? Can't say anything for certain without anyone else checking this out. After all, there is always a slim chance that I was indeed that unlucky.
By the way, about its removal from the list (location The Harbour Bridge for Solar Guard farming) - they always 100% spawn there. Considering how much time I spent grinding maps using only them, well, you can trust me on this one. Never had a need to reset the instance. The only problem is that monster pool there is oversaturated, since it uses both Solaris and Lunaris enemies. Which means you might need to spend far more time getting necessary corpse there rather than in Solaris Temple. Then again, if there is a bug with map desecrating while using those guys in particular - maybe they aren't worth the trouble of keeping them in the guide.

Yeah I believe i made a comment about this a few pages back that the highest campaign area providing Solar Guards doesn't work properly with the bug which is why they are left out in the guide describing where to get them as the areas displayed in the guide works with the bug!

Thanks for this nice Spectre build. I used it alot in pre patch 3.0 and was very fond of it, were running tier 7 maps without any real big deal.
Now, after 3.0 patch I've put together the guild again and with that new scaling - or the lacking of it, I have trouble keeping my Flame Sentinals alive.
I convocate them first at Act 3 The Solaris Temple lvl 2. After that, I start my map and respawn with convocate the Flame Sentinals and resummun them. I also make sure that after each convocate, I clear remaning corpses with Flesh Offering.
What I experience is that it seems like those Flame Sentinals still are from the very low level in Solaris temple. They seem to die almost instantly in a tier 4 map with lvl 70 mobs in. My Necromancer is level 82 https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Aahh1/characters
I hope for some tips to maby check if the Flame Sentinals are the correct expected level or what is going on.

The guide displays Solar Guards not Flame Sentinels, you should use GMP with these bad bois. Solar Guards are pretty much the better version of Flame Sentinels.

Well..
The guide displays Solar Guards not Flame Sentinels, you should use GMP with these bad bois. Solar Guards are pretty much the better version of Flame Sentinels.
Right - I've been working all night to looking in to those Soler Guards - I think they kind of agressive and dying to much for me, compared to Flame Sentinels - but then again, just started again so could be player errors :)
So, I will try something like this:
RS + Minion Damage + Spell Echo + GMP + Faster Proj as a start, seens that in another guide.
What is your opnion about that setup? I have 5L to use.

The leveling tree's are not suited for leveling at all, because of the lack of minion damage and life nodes, which you take way late in the game for leveling zombies dies like flies, and do not try to do bosses with dead zombies and just SRS

Imo you loose too much DMG from it. I'm currently streaming this build and about to make some minor tweaks to the guide right now!

Hey,
The lvling process is all about using SRS till you get Soul Weaver that's when you can add Spectres. Zombies will always die during the lvling process even in a pure Zombie build. Hell, even in this builds finished state the zombies dies every now and then.
