Yo Ghazzy I want to play a summoner for 3.0 never played one before and dont want srs. So what would you recommend the best from the ones you posted? rather the player who likes tanky and more active builds. Would be cool to get a response

I think this build would be the best in terms of clear speed, survival & boss killing.
The Lich Queen mage skellies is a solid 2nd choice and right after the Zombie build would come in. Though the zombie build will absolutely destroy bosses but clear speed is severly lacking due to shitty AI.

Why Spirit Eater over Commander of Darkness? Do u really think 30% minion damage better than 9% cast/attack speed, +30% increase damage, and +20% allrez for everyone?

I've seen your comments about removing the 4 keystones and going pure life but not on the queen summoner for example. My question is, why did pure life become the better option? You write "(Thank you GGG)" but I don't understand the patch notes well enough to see why pure life is better than some sweet, sweet damage mitigation through MoM?

Hey,

The Lich Queen summoner build was also transitioned to a pure life yesterday after some tweaking and reading the patch notes.

GGG has implemented hybrid life rolls such as armour/life - ES/Life on items which means you can reach insane numbers of HP on gear, for example you can hit like 180 life on a chest + a strength roll for a rare chest piece to have well over 200 flat life to you.

Ty for the answer. Atm I am debating between spectres and zombies, but it seems that the spectres are a better starter for the leauge. I am not looking forward shaper and such, but atleast going to T12 maps
