Glad you like it!

1) Well, the guide was created before the remake of elemental reflect which could cause SGs to be in the risk zone of dying vs high HP enemies with that mod. Ele ref rolled maps should generally be avoided, however, I decided to keep that specific aura over Purity of Elements for fights such as Guardians as well as Atziri / Uber Atziri.

2) Hatred affects physical dmg, SGs deals Fire dmg as a spell which means only Anger will affect them. EE should be unaffected since the DMG aura should be on Generosity.

+ gem lvls barely do anything for spectres, a 5L Vis Mortis is usually stronger than a 6L other chest!

I am using very similar build with the dancing dervish for trash and swaping femurs for boss fight.

For harder content i am plannig to use queens decree with leap. But not sure if +1 spectre worth or not

Problem with a FAQ is that I've hit the limit in how much GGG is allowing me to type in my threads.... (no joke).


Queen's won't be beneficial for the build, nor will the movement speed from the upgraded version since Spectres are still capped in terms of max movement speed.
Femurs / Dancing Dervish, what exactly are you referring to here? Rampage is provided via Bisco's Leash, if you activate Dancing you disable your weapon slow making you unable to have a dervish flying around whilst you have a wep swap for other stuffs.

Lightning Warp + Less Duration + Faster Casting + Swift Affliction makes it pretty damn fast :)

+ Spectres are always worth it, though the shield charge availability from this build makes it faster than a Queen's approach.

hi,

at first thanks alot for this solid build.

Im pretty new to poe so this question might be stupid, however im gonna give it a try.

I would like some way to activate both the 70% increased minion dmg on hit, and the 20% minion damage if used a minion skill recently without having to move directly into mobs.

Edit.

Would it count as an hit if i use an attack skill like frenzy while having the poets pen in my main hand and the scourge in my offhand? that way i could put an summon skill like srs in the poets and 1 or 2 curses on hit on frenzy to be able to activate all buffs from a distance.

There are no stupid questions in my threads, only stupid answers.

Your curse on hit setup will count as a hit (Orb of Storms or Ball Lightning) Minion skill recently is procced via Flesh Offering for this build. So you never have to hit an enemy with a physical ability, your spells will also "hit".

I would not recommend a Poet's Pen for this build tbh.

I'm using a slightly different tree setup (I have about 7.3k life) and my gear is nowhere near min maxed, but I clear t15s like a breeze, even the abysses are hilariously easy. I really love this build haven't tried shaper just yet but elder was peanuts and Uber lab is trivial if you don't walk into those traps that cleave downwards.

It was my first time trying guardians too and I only died once to Phoenix due to being caught of guard.

I got too distracted by building a new character to invest a lot more into this one, but I might try turn it into a actual boss killer if I can, though I have no idea how suitable SGs are for that.

Anyway thank you for the build and write-up most fun I've had in the game yet.
can you do hall of grandmasters with this build?

SGs are managable for all content, though I would recommend TV's if you plan on making it an actual boss farmer build.

I haven't tested to confirm it, but I do believe it should be able to handle the map.
Do keep in mind that HotG is a "PvP Map" and not many builds are able to handle it.

Hey man, great guide and much appreciated! It's been an absolute blast playing it.

I'm now reaching the point where I want to farm T16/Elder maps. I've tried TVs with TF and Necromantic Aegis, but that felt like complete garbage. I'm now running 6l 3 Flame Golems and 7L TVs in my helm, but it still feels worse than running 4 SGs in a 6L. What setup would you recommend for clearing and bossing T16s?
