i'd use culling strike over additional accuracy, who relies on eva nowadays? i guess no one.

haha yeah, I just put it in for dps test really w/ chance to hit factored in since BCR doesn't do anything. I usually use BCR because most ppl dodge/block I have an issue with but I'll be swapping for poison/acc/bcr/culling i'm sure to keep it fresh

At least my creation lasted 2 league (also rip disfavour and similar weapon pvp builds).

Hahaha nice. But really if you're making someone swap their boots that's pretty awesome. For example, making someone lose their skyforths or tri-45-res boots is pretty rad. Added fire looking to be quite useful in the 7l for that scenario. Also the poison/hoa would still be nice.

Sick hard counter boots though f'sho!

You have shit tons of options to get immune to elemental status now, also as a CI build those boots are pretty okay.
