EE is to improve your lightning/fire dmg from discharge by 50% will you are hitting mob first with phys attack added with cold dmg on hit added on ring/amu/dagger (better to have on dagger IMO). Realy usefull on high life pool mobs or party

I'm currently trying to revive an old CoC Cyclone Discharge build using a Staff, but all CoC Discharge builds seem to be pre-2.2, so it is almost impossible to find material for comparison skill tree wise.
