Telling you, anyone who is tired of the 0 button 0 skill PvP. Go play Devilian, there is open world PvP, queue based team PvP, very cool mobs. It's very accessible, lots of customization, good itemization, it's not p2w. It fixes everything shitty about traditional mmo's. You can immediately re grind/farm areas for gear/crafting materials. You don't need a giant team just to down a piss ant monster. If you played it, you'd appreciate it. Open world PvP is in the infinite hunting grounds of each area by joining channel 1-2,2-2,3-2,4-2 and so on. It's purely by choice, requires aiming, no one will kill you while they are afk waxing their bean. End game if you have good gear you will not die 1-2 shots to anyone. Casters, ranged builds can actually get stunned so melee isn't shit tier. Ranged doesn't dominate the game, crit doesn't shit all over regular damage output. You aren't eating reflected damage, you actually have to move and use more then 1 button as everyone not just as melee unlike PoE. It looks Korean p2w but really it's just very accessible and perfect for people that either A. like to grind or B. don't want to grind but still want fast progression and to feel like they are being rewarding as they play. You have many options for how you want to play. Quests, infinite hunting grounds, teams, solo, PvP, guild PvP, dungeon grinding etc.

Edit: Open world PvP channel swapping is the most simplistic yet effective approach. It reminds me of when I and many many others suggested to be able to CNTRL into instances and invade. All they had to do was offer the check box, "hostile instance" or "pussy pvmer instance" but maps and hideouts ruined that.

Devilian pvp looks pretty automated to me, i watched a couple videos and you are most likely locking the enemy and pressing buttons in combinations while staying still and same thing for your opponent, you can clearly see it when 2 melees are fighting eachother. It looks a lot like wow pvp but in a diablo genre, lots and lots of button pressing and locking. While not being my genre due to the game being way too korean based i cant say this game is not good since i havent really played it, but i dont like minimal pvp movement like this, even in poe pvp there is more movement than this i find. Yet i dont see any aiming whatsoever ever in devilian pvp besides maybe the ranger where requires minimal aiming but in reality you only lock and press buttons, in poe there is actually some sort of quick aiming.

If i want true pvp ill just play chivalry medial warfare, now that's real skilled pvp.

This is the game you want to play if you are looking for a real skilled game medieval based where you have to aim your wings, time it, time your block, you can use matrix to avoid an enemy hit, bending, jumping and so much more. You can spin and look down or up to trick an enemy when swinging, you can quickly attack after parrying another attack, you can drag your swings to delay them to make the enemy block too early and miss it, you can even feint a swing to force an enemy parry and get a hit in. Hell this game is all about how skilled you are and when you get into high ranked plays its either you are skilled or you get shit on by others. Most satisfying pvp game i ever played in all honesty.

Pvp medieval on other games feels like shit after playing chiv for so long...

Look exactly like a Moba to me, not impressed.

i liked both games, im an autistic when it comes to understand mechanics of such medieval FPS melee game. i'll give a try though.

Devilian looks like pure action game, superficial but fun. the game doesnt offer any different mechanics for einstein and the guy at my next apartment. its just freaking alpha though. needs more attention for sure.
