В теории, да можно собрать, для этого надо купить всё тоже самое, но с меньшими статами в шмотках.
Миррор шмот покупать не нужно. Я его собрал уже очень давно. Еще когда каляндра стоила 160ех.

Да, Вандер будет ДПС-ить но не как Бог, но норм с учетом обновления на саб классы.

Главное вкачать базу для билда: 95+ Scion + Berserk + Deadeye + мощная Ванда.
На Ванде лучше не экономить. Основа билда это быстро убить и бежать дальше.

И да, ботинки Scyforth обязательно нужны для этого билда. Это как 7L + антистан + мана резервация, которрая нужна чтобы юзать 6 аур!
Они сейчас упали в цене со 120 до 60Ex, так что накопить и купить не проблема.
Вообще ботинки эти много чего дают и все эти бонусы используются в моем билде, они заслужено стоят своих денег.

1. This build expensive
2. All max DPS on 99lvl you can see in my Screenshots
3. Skyforth boots and Atziri gloves need for comfort game and much more DPS for my build!
4. For this build - need 95+ lvl.

without Atziri gloves - no instant leech Mana with Crit hits! 6L Kinetic Blast cost 50+ mana for per hit
without Skyforth boots - lose much DPS and 7L bonus(PCoC), lose some Auras(+6% reduce global mana reserve), lose Mana, lose bonus like Unwavering Stance

You can use Middle top Rings and Amulet. ~20-30ex in One slot
(mirror no need, but you lose some DPS and ES)

You can use Middle top ES Shield. ~20-30ex
(mirror no need, but you should know - you lose some DPS and much ES)

You can use Middle top Rustic Sash Belt. ~10-30ex
(need all resist 30+, phys Dmg, ES)

You can use normal 6L Shavronnes for ~24ex
(no need Legacy, but you lose some ES)

why arent you using GMP for your barrage single target? its way better than faster attacks

well, if i swap BARRAGE with FA or LMP or GMP i have next:
with FA gem = 5 projectiles / 173k DPS / 32 mana cost / 0.22 attack time
with LMP gem = 7 projectiles / 121k DPS / 38 mana cost / 0.26 attack time
with GMP gem = 9 projectiles / 106k DPS / 46 mana cost / 0.26 attack time

So, i choose FA for mobility, more APS, more DPS, lower mana cost (with Barrage i dont use mana flask)

hm did you multiply the tooltip dps with the number of projectiles ? because 5*173=865 vs 9*106=954
