Points still not drafted it seems, dont delete your characters!

I was died disconnected with a level 18 Duelist. I thought the leveling points can still be rewarded but ...no. After 30 minutes from the race, I haven't receive any points. It's not supposed to be this long to show reward points on my personal race season sheet.
Is there any way I can report it?

Hold your horses... this happens sometimes. Don't delete your characters until you have received points.
