This doesn't seem to be working with the Explosive Arrow explosion...

Am I right by assuming that, when it says "Leech" then it means it only applies to skills, with a dps effect on enemies? Skills like Viper Strike or others..
If I were to put this support with my cleave, then it wouldn't have any effect at all.? | |
" I don't really understand what you're asking. I can tell you this will work with any attack or spell that does damage, including Cleave. | |
