This has gotta be one of my favorite damage boosting gems for melee skills in game, this with my flicker strike is providing me with a .18 attack speed :D.

Anyone know the + quality ones give what? have not looted one yet but just wanted to know.

For every 3% quality it gives another 1% IAS.
