I died 3 minutes before the end of the race and i did not delete my character but i still have not received the reward points... will it be fixed ?

" Points are only awarded to characters who are still alive at the end of this race. There are a few exceptions to this rule, most notably Descent, Descent: Champions, and Endless Ledge. The first post will indicate if a dead character will be eligible for points. Look for this text at the top of the post, "Dead characters will still be able to receive reward points in Descent events." Or alternatively look at the heading for the point tiers, "Prizes for reaching specific levels and staying alive" vs. "Prizes for reaching specific levels" |
