so those who used rares get punished by both higher tiers AND more legacy uniques. cool story, bro. i like how the game repeatedly rewarded players for being mindless cookie cutters of a few 'builds' with a pile of uniques equipped. i can't believe this game really did turn into d3. it actually IS more fun to post on the forums than play. Apep's Rage compares very poorly to the new rare weapons for casters that give a flat damage bonus. The drawback now makes the weapon quite bad, as the effect is now easily replaceable except for the ability to do chaos damage. However, the difficulty to scale chaos damage more than offsets the lack of regular resistances to it, so this is really not that great. The changes to reflect also make doing chaos damage specifically less advantageous, as cutting down on elemental damage does not help nearly as much as it used to.
Please give Apep's Rage an advantage of some kind, even if it is a lateral one. Or alternatively remove it's drawback. Doomed for Life

Being low is a drawback and special mod gives diversity. as for higher uniques, values tweaking is the right way.

Really bad change imho, it removes one of the few good low level unique from this small good low unique pool Hrimnor's Resolve Fire Damage Mod increased to 30-40%. Armour Mod increased to 100-120%. add 5%Block when Low Life Shavronne's Pace 1 base ES per Int Ambu's Charge Critical strike on you doesnt deal extra damage Moonsorrow Deal 30% more damage on enemies that are shocked and blinded at same time These are just a few ones...
