[outdated] Caustic Arrow Solo Map MFer (20/300+)

Anyone know how to find +3 bows on poe.trade? I've tried any number of combo's but nothing ever shows up.

In the interim, would a +2 legacy Silverbranch be as good as a high dps +2 rare bow?

You have to search for "Level of socketed bow gems" +3, because poe.trade will add the +2 bow and +1 overall together for that. Happy hunting :)

Depends on if you have Empower 2. If you don't, use Faster Projectiles or Iron Grip as the 5L.

As for Uber viable, while I haven't checked out Clad's version, the tree I have is Uber viable already, it's just that you'll need to do a gear-swap in order to run the Alluring Abyss; Hyrri's Ire and Atziri's Step for both Atziri and Double Vaal and QotF or a high evasion rare chest for the Trio, and maybe Blood Dance for trash clears. You'll break 6k life with this tree @ level 93 and full life gear, should still have about 5.5 or so with Step/Ire on.

You should be able to do it with the IIR gem still in as well as long as you're playing reasonably careful so you can partial-MF the Abyss while you're at it.

Kinda regretting not just buying a +2 5L at this point for 10-15c, used 170-200 alts so far no +2 :(

Anyone know the answer to this? I'm using a Death's Harp atm. for leveling, would +2 Silverbranch be a good idea? Mind you, I'm using a Tabula for the links, so perhaps switching from a free 6L to a 4L with +2 bow skills wouldn't make much difference.

Edit: just bought a 5L +2 bow for 10 chaos
1561dps with death's harp & tabula
2402dps with 5L rare +2 bow

Nope. Only thing is Area damage won't appear on the tooltip (it does apply, though).

bought a 20/20 pa gem today,now 3 more levels before i can use it,got a +2 bow atm,+3 bows are so expensive this league with the insane exalt to chaos ratio,but just started,gonna see where we end

btw,if i use frenzy gmps curse on hit,i always curse packs,so i keep up frenzy charges manualy,can i swap out blood rage,or why keep it then?

I would like to put this to use somehow.....


Only a 5 link but it has 4 off colors on it....

Best I can come up with so far is

Split Arrow - Chain - Culling - IIR - Life Gain on hit....


any ideas or is this item totally wrong for this build?



EDIT..... wtf is up with Goldwyrm pricing I must have bough 50 of them last league to vaal at 1-2 fuse each
