Elemental Equilibrium Keystone Discussion
Are EE builds winning/among the top of the majority of LLD events? If not, then it doesn't need a nerf. If so, then it should probably be looked at.
Using logical arguments stating how potentially strong EE is, is useless. How are things actually playing out? Contrary to what some are saying, there are downsides of using EE if combined with curses and spamming the same skill more than once consecutively. Are the top casters in LLD all using EE now? " Brainamp (EE templar caster) has won every single swiss he has attended and he doesnt even have BiS gear. Now that being said I don't think EE necessarily requires a nerf. In all honesty it can be dealt with. |

" considering that everyone is at 75% res at least, giving them another 25 is not really that big of a deal if you keep spamming spark or firestorm for example. But a cold snap or molten shell in between will be that much more effective and will buff the next hit as well. I've one shot bigfoots melee with a cold snap by just hitting him with 1-2 balls of firestorm before that. Pretty much offscreen for him too. Unless you are using temp chains and elemental weakness at the same time I don't see how ee has a downside. Yes the +25 res from EE will counter the ele weakness for your main skill but your cws and any skills you use in between will be that much more effective while your main skill is basically unchanged. (and dual curse is something that requires some very rare corrupts that few people have) " How do you deal with ee yourself if you are playing a melee or bow build? Do you use resistance flask or flasks with %all res during flask effects? " Just a simple goldrim and 2 jewelry swaps for an example. All res flasks really are not an option unless you are 100% certain about your opponent. Last edited by lapiz#7973 on Mar 15, 2015, 11:10:23 AM
