But it's not fair to balance a skill based on what one person can do with a build.

I'd like to compare my gear with your gear, and see what my build can do vs what your build can do.

Looking at a skill as it's own entity and how it interacts with other supports (like in the case of puncture + trap + pb) or how it works with certain keystones (RT and Ondars being the two most influential LLD keystones) is the way to balance LLD.

I think it was terrex who said that the pvp scene needs to be babysat by the devs, constantly making balance changes and not waiting between seasons to do so. I also believe you can't just add or subract damage percentages and call a skill balanced. We need to get shit like mechanics changing, maybe even a separate pvp tree would be huge imo.

It just sucks that GGG is trying to push this so much but is unwilling to invest a lot in it from their side.

These were just some of my opinions and suggestions I think would make a more healthy LLD meta. I don't see why its unfair to look at a single skills mechanics or damage there are only so many ways to use them and for the most part the most ideal way is already being used. If it is overpowered for whatever reason and say nothing all we can expect are more 1.3.1 type balances.

They removed CTF because people complained so much with their dcs buhu, sadly that made GGG remove CTFs
