Race Events and League Ladders - Season Ten, Event 78: 1 Hr Exiles Everywhere - Forum

Season Reward Points: 499 FFFFFUUUUUU Playing with 70-80ms ping, which is causing long loading between zones, resulting in 2-4 minutes disadvantage in 1 hour races. I am sorry to say, but this is far my worst experience in this game. Exiles everywhere is unplayable for "normal" players like me. (normal i mean=not top racers but neither beginners). Even if I manage to kill some exiles at the beginning and get the items, i can't use them without identify scrolls and those are not dropped. Not to mention, I can't make my way out from the Coast. What I always found that helped in this event is to take the time to clear the entire beach, equipping all you can and filling the inventory. Open all chests & barrels. Try to hit level 2 before entering Lioneye's. If you don't get enough, run a new character to Lioneye's and pool the take of both. This should allow you to fully equip a character head to toe. Be sure to find the best weapons possible from the vendors before hitting the coast. This should give you the power to take down the first exile(s). Quickly grab what you can, and re-equip.
