I'm finishing up Act 2 and really loving this build. My weapon/off-hand are woefully out of date but I'm over leveled a bit so it's not been an issue. I'm curious, what is the recommendation for off-hand while leving? A spirit shield or another sceptre? Thanks for such a great guide, Enki. It's truly amazing.

Hello,
I have been enjoying this build very much. I was wondering is it possible to run two weapons and drop the shield? for added damage, and also should I drop my Command of the pit gloves and get different one's? |

" Yes, it does work for single target too. If you read the description of Arc gem there is a line "15% more damage for each remaining chain". " When I tried this build in SSF, "+1 level to socketed lightning gems" wand that I got in act 1 was enough to finish act 5. You can find a recipe for this wand in "leveling" section of the guide. Should i use Conductivity with enfeeble and cwdt Insdead of Tempest shield?

" Thanks... did you just dual wield? Does offhand matter? I'll definitely follow the guide advice on crafting when I hit Act 3. I'm more curious about offhand as that's not addressed in the guide as far as I can see. I can't afford the lifeprig since this is my only character on Delve. I'm returning to PoE after several years away. |

" Offhand weapon/shield matters - you get all the stats from it for your arc. You can use dual wield wands/sceptres for leveling, it's absolutely viable. The difference is that your only movement skill would be flame dash and it has a cooldown. With shield you can use shield charge and it's possible to find a nice shield with spell damage and HP/resistances. Don't bother about the type of your leveling gear too much. You found a better shield - use shield, you found a better wand/sceptre - use them. Just keep your elemental resistances as high as possible and you'll be fine. |

" You can't apply two curses on the same target without special items or abilities, and we have none of that in our build. You have to chose between enfeeble and conductivity Conductivity and tempest shield should be lvl 10, if you want to use them with lvl 7 CWDT (or lower, if you want lvl 1 CWDT. Read the gem description) |
