Fore mana you can try to get a jewel with ( +x mana on hit ) ... I think that with just 1 jewel +2 is enought. It work with my Jugg Molten because i get a lot of ball that hit very quickly but i don't know if it work with this build.
Try to find a crappy one not expensive to test it. |

Currently levelling this build, really loving it so far.
While being in act 10 and already build up some cs, I feel abit confused on what I should spend currency on... I suppose the essence worm is a must? So ill get that 1 first, and then upgrade my boots/helm/gloves/other ring/amulet so i keep max resist and as high as resist as I can.... However that wont cost alot...like 10-20 cs total + another 15 for the essence worm. But after that....I can try building up some real currency for either - weapon - chest armor...rare? The unique from the build....5 link.? 6 link? - all rare items upgrading to better ones.... I accidently bought a wand now didnt realize i cant shield charge... So what would be my best upgrade from those 3? And if its the chest armor what should I choose? (currently wearing rare life/res 5 link) |

Hey have a look at Berek's Grip Two-Stone Ring, i just swapped to it cause i was dying a little bit and it made a huge difference with the Life and Mana Leech.. Thoughts?

So the leech mana does not serve me because I do not have enough mana anymore. I managed to grab a few upgrades and not sure where I should be heading next. I know I need to get some new jewels, but after that is the next thing just to try 6 link my chest? Appreciate any suggestions :)

One more question (hopefully last one) do you think I should try to corrupt lvl 3 empower gem and switch something in the arc setup for it? Or it's not worth it in this league? Thanks for the answer in advance.

Arc + Added Lightning Damage + Controlled Destruction in your wand/sceptre, Orb of Storms + Arcane Surge somewhere else.

No need to use Vitality with that, we're already capped on leech.

Costs for a Lv21 gem. Regular Lv21 Arc starts at 70c, while a Lv21 Vaal Arc starts at 4ex. It's best to just get a regular Lv21 Arc and then upgrade once you can afford and there's nothing better to upgrade to with that currency.
Your Vaal Arc gem is currently very low level, i'd recommend to just buy a Lv20 Vaal Arc and then save up to get your chest 6linked. After that, follow the Item Upgrade Order Guide further.

Chridian already gave one reason, another reason are the mana nodes behind it. This is a huge boost early on and makes skill sustain extremely easy, the backup mana flask is usually not even needed. And atleast in my experience MoM doesn't hurt early on, since things barely deal any significant damage yet. Together with the new Arcane Will node and Clarity it sustains pretty well.

You don't get any actual damage increase from shock chance, besides we already got enough chance to shock and have 100% whenever shock conflux is up anyway. So it's more a question of having the occasional lucky buff from Vaal Arc, or the constant damage increase from a higher level Arc. Imo, go with the latter.

Start with a Cerberus Limb, replace anything that has no or low life on it and then gets Ahn's + 2x Fragility and Essence Worm. Your Flasks also need lots of work.

Already answered the question about Primordial Chain few pages ago, but here's it again: it's just not worth it. The amulet is missing life, a stat that we're already starving for, and the golems would have to be constantly resummoned due to their lowered life and because only our elemental golems would be immune to elemental damage, Chaos/Stone aren't. And it's just not worth giving up the gem sockets for that.
Our Life Leech is already capped, getting more won't do anything. Better to go with a weapon that scales Inpulsa explosions in the long run.

I'm currently at depth 400, that's where rares with lots of damage mods get really dangerous. Currently staying around 300-350 for loot and exp while thinking of a special Delve setup for 400+.

Main reason for that are your flask setup, missing the Alchemist nodes and missing life on some gear. Devoto's is a good speed option, but the missing life is just gonna hurt in deeper delves. Rainbowstride have no place in this build, your amulet can also be easily upgraded.
The Mana on Hit idea won't work, it only works for attacks and Arc is a spell.

Looks like you got some solid gear to start. Next should be flasks and a Cerberus Limb, then you can go for Essence Worm and save up for an Inpulsa's.

Berek's Grip isn't very helpful in this build. We already reach the life leech cap with leech from Paragon, and we don't freeze to get the mana leech part. And aside from those two stats it's a very mediocre ring.

Empower is only worth it at Lv4 paired with a +1 to level of socketed Gems chest, in any other case it would give lower damage than the other gems.

Gotcha, so that's a firm and solid nope realisticly :P
I just wanted to make sure, its so much fun crafting to be done in this league so I thought it was a good time to start learning it ^^ Also loving leveling this build, just thought I'd start using essence worm+ wrath a bit sooner than you mentioned, was lucky enough to have some currency drop so wanted to sink it into this build I thought (: thanks for the help. Btw, fossils could be useful for crafting jewels for this build and maybe belt and boots I suppose then, Metalic seems decent for jewels or? |
