Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page
I just realized I've been running around with Minion and Totem Elemental Resistances still socketed even though I have liege of the primordial. Doh.

Just crafted this randomly is it decent to keep ? I think it's better than what i have hmmm |

Just wanted to say thanks for the build. First time I have managed to get a character above level 70. Looking forward to more updates in the future.

" Thanks. That sounds promising, as I've actually struggled a bit to get to level 100. Perhaps it's mostly due to player skill though. I shan't write too much about the build I have in mind since it's different, I'd just like to try this with a ES variant of my current Incinerate girl. Means there is no "oh shit" life flask remedy, probably leading to more deaths, but I'd like to try it out anyway I think. If I can get to half your level it's still solid progress :) And at that point I'd be fine with going horizontal. PS: That sceptre just above looks great. Crit is a little wasted since the build doesn't scale crit, but still a great weapon :) Do the lightning penetration mod and gem double up btw? To the PoB-mobile! |

I have a brief question as well. Loaded up Enki's current build, which looks great, and looked at the tree. In the guide it's recommended to get to 5 casts per second. Exactly why is this so important, if the damage without it is okay?
The reason I ask is that Lightning Walker looks like two good points to get to. For instance by dropping Precision, unless the dexterity is needed. Obviously this would muck up the perfect resistance balance in Enki's current character, but more in general? The damage is a little higher, but at the cost of some dexterity and cast speed (and slight movement speed in fairness). edit: Hmm, I see Enki's amulet gives a truckload of dexterity, so I guess the main benefit of the Precision node is the dexterity, as it will otherwise be a challenge to get enough for the 111 (or 114) requirement. got this one, what do you say ? have not mamanged to get something like Enki got.... |

" So I saw this, and Essence Worm is around 15C while a 5L Inpulsa's (not even 6!) is 130C. Would it make sense to get the worm first? |
|
Essence Worm gives basically the more to lightning buff from wrath. so it is a nice damage boost. The true power for this build is the combination with watchers eye, which can have a modifier which makes our lightning damage leech mana.
A watchers eye with this modifier however costs around 250-350c currently in delve. Inpulsas on the other hand is the single biggest damage boost you can get for this build. I would highly recommend getting inpulsas, as soon as you can get it 5l and manage not to die in lower tier maps. |
|
" Depends how much currency you have too. Inpulsa is a big, big boost for this build, but they are expensive, even unlinked. However, you may be able to save a little bit by buying an unlinked Inpulsa and the Jeweller's Touch prophecy. I've not played this build this league, but I'd imagine the explosions greatly increases survivability in the delves too, and of course generally in mapping. Not leaving bodies behind (re: on-death effects) is a great boon, in addition to all the other strengths of the chest (like shock immunity). If you're pretty far off the mark in needed currency, you can either try to save up for Inpulsa, or upgrade something else. |

Hey, just wanted to post my appreciation for this build and all the great info on it. I used this build for my first PoE character (not that long ago, I'm fairly new), and came back to it for my first Delve character. Definitely my favorite! Thanks!
