Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page

I'm new to the game and used this build and I love it. I've been slowly progressing in Harbinger Softcore with mostly what I can find and a few bought items. I'm struggling on some T11 bosses and get completely destroyed in uber lab (86 and still missing my last 2 points :()

IF anyone has a moment, some advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm linking my character below.

You're missing an important liferoll by using Tabula Rasa, if possible buy a white 6L ES-based chest for around 30c and roll it with Essences or Alts, or downgrade to a cheaper 5L with good liferoll for now.
Another thing are your jewels, drop Hazardous Research and the rare one and try to get some 2/3 mod jewels with life and atleast one damage stat.

Another thing is your flask setup - most bosses, especially Izaro deal high physical damage and you have no mitigation towards that without a Basalt Flask. Switch to the recommended flask setup, if you want you can switch the Hybrid Flask with a Wise Oak or Atziri's Promise.

Last but not least your Ball Lightning is only Lv9, at that point it will deal next to no damage to any high tier bosses. Buy a Lv19 Ball Lightning with some quality, should be around 4-5c and it will be a huge improvement. Also get Amplify in the passive tree, while it may not show up in the tooltip it will give Ball Lightning more range and with that improve the overall damage output on bosses.

Thank you very much! I had switched to a Tabula last night and just started leveling those gems (Somehow I got to T11 relying on only arc and the storm call totem for bosses). I have a pretty decent chest but can't get it to 6 link, or even 5 for that matter and my single target dps was lacking. I will bite the bullet and buy a 6 link for now. Same with the gems and flasks, thanks again!

Hi, I have a problema with Kitava's Thirst. When I set the gems in the sockets, the abilities appear with an Ampersand (&)... and never been casted... Any idea about the issue?

Make sure the mana cost of your Arc/Single Target spell is 100 or higher.
For this, you either need a Fevered Mind jewel as cheap solutiuon, or a 6L Chest & 6L Pledge of Hands.

@Enki91: A 5L with Empowered is still below 100 mana right?
If so I will focus on jewels (especially Fevered Mind) and Kitava's Thirst first.
Most likely I need to purchase a lot stuff after the switch because my resistances might not be capped anymore, but I have to check that later.
Yesterday I already purchased Stone of Lazhwar and Atziri's Promise.. pretty cheap, good for my currency ;)
Atziri is used for more damage (x% elemental damage as chaos damage) and a bit life leech (via chaos)?

Ahhh.. that's why it's worth spending a slot for.

ES based gear check!

I'm already leveling 4 Arcs and a BL on my second gear :)

It's quite a change with each level of BL, while Arc was my main damage source a long time it's now easier to triple curse the enemies and mow them down with 10 BLs - that must be really funny later with a vaaled BL.

Is it correct that I can only run Uber Lab after completing the six trial on the maps first?
I didn't wanted to test it with my only offering.

So while focusing on the stuff above, I will run maps, gather currency and get small parts for my (near) endgame gear.

I've just started playing PoE and I chose this build. Absolutely loving the play style and the guide is extremely helpful so thank you very much!

Two questions though.

Firstly, should I be using bone offering on corpses and how often? I noticed in your video you don't seem to have it as a skill, does it autocast from something like warlord's mark?

Secondly, at what level would you recommend buying gear? I'm 66 now I saw the buying order guide which I will follow but when should I start busting out the poe.trade? I'm struggling a little now but a lot of my gear is pretty garbage apart from my chest piece.

I have the same question as the last guy basically. I'm at the end of Act 5 and it seems that I have too many spells for the space and your video's don't have a few that I'm using and one that looks like I don't have yet.

Currently, I'm using Arc, Decoy Totem, Orb of Storms, Bone Offering, Desecrate, Warlord's Mark, and Clarity, and I don't even have room for Flame Dash (If I keep LMB at Move Only). I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be using all of those at the end of Act V but I think I've followed the guide correctly. Halp!!

Also, in terms of rotation, should I be casting Orb of Storm, Desecrate, and Bone Offering before every trash pack?

Lastly, I tried looking at your videos to answer these questions but like the poster before me, you only seem to be using Arc, Orb of Storms Decoy Totem, and Flame Dash, with another spell as your middle mouse button. What spell is that?

@jochen_wuerfel: Yeah, in a 5L Pledge of hands it's at exactly 99 Mana with Empower instead of Onslaught, so Fevered Mind is needed.

Atziri's Promise is a nice damage boost but also gives a good amount of chaos resistance.

It's correct that Uber Lab (or Eternal Lab as it's called now) requires all 6 map trials before you can enter it.

@djdevant: Use your offering skill whenever you feel the situation requires it, or if you got the duration memorized just use it once in a while to keep it up all the time.
I'm not selfcasting it in the video since Kitava's Thirst is doing that aswell as cursing for me, and i highly encourage everyone who follows this guide to use that setup in endgame.

You can start looking for gear upgrades at that point, should be able to wear most endgame bases already except Opal Rings, but they're probably too expensive at this point anyway.

@GodxxL: Any auras like Clarity or Warlord's Mark on Blasphemy don't need to stay on your skillbar, just activate them once when you start playing, then switch with something else.

You probably only need Orb of Storms, usually you can use the corpses of that pack for Bone Offering and it'll last until the next. Most enemies aren't even dangerous enough during the storyline so i'd say just use Bone Offering when you feel it's needed, such as on bosses.

As for videos, same as in the above answer: Kitava's Thirst. It's not really feasible before endgame, but at that point it will just make the build so much smoother to play.
The spell you couldn't identify is Ball Lightning, my personal choice for single target.

Stone of Lazhwar gives 50% block chance...supposedly. But when I look in my character tab "C", it only shows 15% when I take off and put on the ammy. What's wrong?

Your passive tree doesnt show getting a +30str (might) node, but your lvl95 passive does. What's the better route?

EDIT:
For boots, should I get Sorc Boots or Two-toned (str/int, fire/lightning res)? Cant figure out if ES or res is more important. I'm not running T4+ maps yet so dunno.

Also, how come you went with a Carnal armour instead of Occultist vestment? The mp is better than the spell dmg?
