Welcome to PoE! We use a Keystone called Elemental Overload in this build, which completely removes all extra damage from critical strikes but gives a huge elemental damage multiplier for 8s on crit in return.

So investing into extra critical strike multiplier would do nothing for us, we just need enough crit chance to consistently proc EO.

General note: I've noticed Arcane Surge procs are based on skill cost now, which means we need to keep it at a relatively low level to proc! Added this in the gem section.

Nope, that would only apply if Cast while Channeling and Orb of Storms were linked to Storm Burst.

We kill all bandits. It's a little bit hidden in leveling section currently, will hopefully be more apparent when i've reworked that section.
