Elemental Overload caps your crit multi at 100% and should not be used in crit builds.

1m damage is kinda pushing it but if you really want to go for it you'd want (probably) to:
ditch determination in favour of wrath (be warned, it turns you rlly squishy);
Get a 21 arc, preferred vaal one (+2 chest sacrificial garb) and get all other gems to min 20% quality;

Thread of hope medium ring;

+1 shield with good stats (crit, life, spell damage);

a better +1 wand (crit chance/multiplier)

+2 wand (can get very expensive if you're picky)

At least a +1 to active chest;

Archdemon crown since you're not using wave of conviction;

A good ele pent with zealotry watcher's eye with cast speed zealotry/lightning damage secondary.

Cluster with max 9 nodes with doryani's lesson, overshock, snowstorm;

Normal jewels with dual crit multiplier at least.

Those upgrades will cost you quite a bit. For cluster you could buy a 74+ base with 8 or nine passives and pray for a good harvest craft or alt crating. I am no expert at arc, i merely returned to it this league so if someone wiser than me can help, please do.
