Hi all,
Would it still be a good idea to play the enki's arc witch in lower Tier contend and heist to farm a lot of currency and transition into a crest of desire / Storm secret HoT Ele Autobomber. That would be one of my ideas for a potential 3.16 build. |

I'm thinking the same, lightning passive masteries look OP compared to any witch build we could do before. Lucky non-crit and +1 chain are both insane for arc
