Heartbreaker's are a good first weapon to this build.
But a low-cost, low rolls, crafted rare is always better.
Try and find some cheap ones and replace Heartbreakers with it.

It's good to have attack speed on the daggers, but the most important things are damage (spell, lightning, minion, elemental) and cast speed.
I don't have an inpulsa but ofc it boosts your damage ridiculously. You can try and get a good 5L chest piece as it's better than Tabula (I'm rocking a tabula myself, but I already have a 6sockets Vaal Regalia waiting to be fused).
Inpulsa is the high-end chestpiece and u can do fine without it too, but if you have the chance of having one, get it :)

I have some problems staying alive I would say with 4k hp and almsot 2k energy shield.

I have mind over matter no zealots oaths atleast yet please I need some advice about these skills if I really should have them or not and if I can improve my chance of surviving encounters.

I have followed this build and are currently lvl 86, I have followed the path of building tree but it seems diffrent from the other tree the build suggests?? wich also has zealots oath at level 90 and path of building tree don't.

What skills are best for the build for someone like me? Should I use whirling blades or flame dash (I like whirling blades more though)

I use: Immortal Call (very confused if the build should have this: (Immortal call or storm brand spell / lightning trap, can only have one or two of these ones right?. These are the rest of my skills: the 3 auras, lightning golem, arc setup, lightning trap, enfeeble curse blasphemy, Whirling blades, Vaal Grace.

And I would love some advice about gear / passive points so please look at my passive tree. I have my profile as shown so there shoulden't be any problem looking at it there.

Is the Arc-Empower-Spell Echo-Lightning Penetration-Energy Leech-Hypothermia Setup still better than Arc-Spell Eco-Lightning Penetration-Energy Leech-Unleash-Hypothermia?

I've gave you some suggestion in page 1075, guess you might have missed it.

Guys i just checked trade on xbox and the cheapest inpulsa without any links costs 14 ex. I will never gather that many ex in this league or in this life time. If you know any other decent chest that isnt rare and fits this build plz tell, ty
