Its because people deleted their characters right after they got points or in some cases even before that :)

My character still hasn't been moved to permanent league - 2 hours after race finish.

Same for me. I knew I didn't have much of a chance of ranking anywhere high up from the start, but I would really like to get the lootand char back at least.

They have to manually bring them over right now so it takes a bit.
