Null's description explicitly specifies "Spells".
Do they share the accuracy with your character? I'm LvL 55 now and they miss their shots quite often. Of coure i don't have invest anything into accuracy. Can they get 100% hit chance by skilling Resolute Technique?
I am using Raging Spirits in a Null's Inclination bow.

Since Mirror Arrow is "using my bow and quiver", kills with these skills are technically made with the Null's Inclination bow.

However the Raging Spirits are not triggered by my clones - is this intentional?
If it is, maybe the clones should be using "copies of your bow and quiver".

(Same for Blink Arrow and other minion gems)

Working as intended; the description isn't saying it's literally the bow you have, but indeed a copy thereof. Minions are not you - they do not have a Null's Inclination with socketed Gems equipped. Language is a strange thing, the proposed clarification seems like a fine addition to me.
So, how much life do clones have nowadays? did the nerfs in 1.3.1d make instability arrows unusable? http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Blink_Arrow shows they have base 1640 life and 57% inc minion life, does that mean they have 2574 life without any minion life from tree? Is the wiki even up to date on those numbers? Because that makes minion instability explosions do 858 fire damage before damage and life increases and multipliers which looks ok to me, what sort of crazy numbers did the clones have before the nerf?
GGG how does mirror arrow interact with doomfletcher and trap support? Can you give a sample? No one seems to know how they interact.

They had 5x more life! Keep in mind 75% more minion damage on the gem would I think double dip with burn and ppl used ele prolif which used to be OP combined with burn by itself, before any other passives and supports are considered.

If minion life scale (as in it was 5x of the current) was same back then, then just the base damage even before the 75% more minion damage is almost 1.3x as strong as a 10 stack flameblast back then.

Yeah, they were completely and utterly broken, because of a mistake where they were just given massive life multipliers instead of damage reduciton to increase their survivability.
