Would going a pure elemental build be more DPS with LA? maybe with voltaxic?

Voltaxic is an entirely different build.

I'm currently am running a pure Ele DPS LA with PTL-WED-GMP-Chain-PPAD. I have around 28k DPS in hideout (with auras) and 75k DPS with charges and flasks up. This build goes elemental by converting (and adding) elemental damage.

Queen of the forest is (imo) only really good if you're running Alpha's + Grace. Still it'Ll likely be better than my 6L, since I did a budget purchase.

Don't run drillneck with SA. I think chain is the stronger option.

Why does queen of the forest need to be run with alpha's howl for grace? to be able to run Grace + Hatred at the same time?

What makes Queen + Alpha's howl such a special combination? I mean, you can run Grace with rat's nest too, if you dont want or lose the rat bonuses

I have one concern with the build, its really hard to get enough Int for Herald of Thunder. Took 2x 30 Int node, replaced talisman for agate amulet with int and still not enough to lvl up herald past lvl 15 :/

Also are you guys resummon ice golem? Sometimes he die so fast that sometimes I just think "fuk him" and just finish map without him.

Hey, level 68 here, about to start maps. I've tried both Lightning Arrow and Tornado Shot so far, and no matter what, still finding LA to be more impressive on AoE. I'm using a Drillneck and I believe I followed all the rules for it: Pierce cluster + 20% qual Pierce gives me 91% Pierce chance on Tornado Shot. And I have a 5-link (TS + FA + GMP + PPAD + Pierce), but it's STILL not doing the satisfying AoE damage that a Lightning Arrow + FA + GMP + PPAD + FP 5-link does.

I don't know if there's a passive skill tree requirement (haven't reached King of the Hill yet, could that have something to do with it?), or maybe a better bow required? I still use TS on single-target, but Lightning Arrow definitely blows up large packs way faster than TS at the moment.

First i have to say, this is my first char/build that get so far in this game. I like it a lot, but now i'm trying tier 8 - 10 maps i get problems at the bosses, some are quietly easy (dry peninsula) at others i die multiple times (residence, or malstrom (piety clone))

Maybe you can help out with some tips (srry for my bad english)

What are you using HOT for? If its to proc AM, swap it for Heald of Ice w/ Hatred. Much much more consitentent cursing, leading to easy power charges. HOT doesn't seem to be good for us.

I have my Golem leveled (18 atm), with CWDT. I don't seem to have much issue having him up majority of the time.

Wow, gotta say, Hatred with Herald of Ice - Curse on Hit works incredibly well! Really liking this new setup. 58% crit with 3 Power Charges up! Level 72 and the build is starting to feel really good. King of the Hill especially is disgusting, many bosses can't even do anything because of constant knockback.



Still can't decide if Tornado Shot or Lightning Arrow provides faster clear speed, though. I might even try out my Call of the Brotherhood with the Lightning Arrow build to get more freezes for survivability and HoI procs.
