Does anyone have a working link for the skill trees?

For anyone having trouble balancing stats and resists, I was using triple Heralds and I found I was always having too low intelligence for Herald of Thunder and I was packing a lot of stat gear on my amulet and belt to keep using it. Then I realized that lvl 20 HoT needs 155 Int while ICM only needs 108. I switched Herald of Thunder for Purity of Elements and that has boosted my resists and I can swap out my amulet (which was just for stats) to a resist one instead. This only cut my tornado shot DPS by about 150 at lvl 58. Yes, I have a few points allocated to +30 STR and +30 INT nodes but those can be regretted later once I get some of the nodes in the later part of the build that have added STR and INT.

tl;dr version: If you are using triple heralds and have trouble with resists and stat points, try switching HoT for Purity of Elements.

Quite simply put, the best guide I've ever read. I am following it closely as I build my new Ranger. The problem I have with the whole setup however has to do with the site you are using to link progressions for us. It's so slow loading here in the states at times that one cannot get to the site.

If anyone else has had this issue and resolved it, please share the tips so I can continue my journey as a Ranger.

Download an offline calculator, save the build there and you're set.
