Well it is armour + evasion based.
But there are no bellys with 5G on the market right now.. i guess that could be difficult^^

Imho QotF is not a very good chest, imho it is a decent rare with a drawback. It will force you to run Grace which is not really needed with that build and you could use that reserved mana for e.g. Haste.

If you choose between those two, I would rather take Lightning Coil. Yes I know it was nerved, but it's still good and really helps on that ONE big problem this build has - big physical hits.

Evasion + Dodge works pretty well, but once in a while a big hit WILL hit you and then only a large life pool (which is not _that_ easy on that build if you want to keep maximizing damage) and/or such a damage mitigation can help.

If you want harrier and true strike, you will be better of taking the route through the reflexes cluster. it takes one point more, but you gain a lot of evasion, which would be really beneficial because your chest has such low evasion rating.

Run increased critical damage instead of weapon elemental damage in your Tornado strike setup.

You could also keep your routing the way it is, but you should consider picking up the Charisma keystone.

I`m running the charisma cluster myself, which allows me to run all three heralds and hatred. I don't need the Reflexes notable because I have a 2000 evasion chest piece.

I would respec the bow critical strike chance node under lethality, 20% crit chance for 1 point is not needed, especially with your extremely high crit bow you should have more than enough crit anyways.

edit: you don't have any accuracy on gear, you should aim for around 2000 accuracy rating.
