Cleave buff... Only applies to single weapons. Still same for dual wield..

Damage scaling sometimes does apply to mobs too.
Same goes for skill mechanics like Delays of Leap Slam. But there were cases where it didn't affect mobs like the water elemental in Pools and Streams in CB still being able to mass spam Cold Snap. | |

Arc buff DEFINITELY applies to Exiles. Summoner one is insane now. Hope she is just a special case.

GGG's stance: "If it's not a spell we don't want to buff it in a meaningful way."
Seriously what is this nonsense, spells get buffed by up to 60% and Cleave gets a "fuck you cleave"-buff that makes fuck all difference. It's so frustrating, because you know that cleave is now off their todo-list but it's still complete garbage. #1 Victim of Murphy's Law.
