One hour (22 passive) Race Trees for Each Class (1.1.0)

Given Season 7 has shifted focus towards 1 hour races, i'm making this as a nod to Daresso's idea (Optimal 2 hour Race Passive Trees for each class). I'll improve this version by linking all the posted builds in the OP.

I looked through 1 hour races with all types of affixes, and the very top of the standings almost always top out at level 24, so posting L23 (22 point) builds seems ideal. The L24/23rd point is only attained by a few/rarely, doesn't last an entire level, and may not even be assigned anyway. Certainly it's a bad idea to make a build that relies on the L24/23rd point being a Notable passive. So we might as well ignore it for our purposes here. Use 28 points for Descent: Champions builds.

I'll start off with a few good builds of my own until better racers post their versions.

Depending on what weapons you have, at 17 you fork off to the relevant direction.


Until they post builds themselves, i'll add rough versions/guesses of builds i've seen/heard in streams as well. With modifications, if needed, to make the build sensible at 22 points. Feel free to post stream builds as well, mentioning what stream you got it from.

This thread has been very useful for me, so I am putting it back on the first page.

I usually run a Marauder but tonight for D:C I will try running a Scion. Most builds seem to go for Harrier, though it is not obvious when to do that. I think for D:C it is worth going down to Sentinel and then hopping back up for the 18% Lightning Resistance. After that, Harrier should be the next stop, then downward toward Berserking and the rest (Iron Grip/Spitting Strikes/By the Blade). Do I have this right?

I always start with Harrier on all Scions, because of the move speed. I think if you don't go straight there, you might as well not get it. That's certainly viable, but after studying the Scion area and options a lot, i always want Harrier.

The lightning resist node is solely for Inner Halls 3.
