why are there no EST friendly races

As someone who works 9-5 in EST, I can only do a total of one race for the entire monday-friday next week. Technically I can do two but I'm probably not going to waste my whole friday night staying in just to run one 100 minute fixed seed in PoE. I don't get it, there are 15 races (burst counting as 1), I can race anywhere form 5:30 pm to midnight, yet I can only participate in one. This is kinda ridiculous.

During the 1 week race there are no Competitive races, so the schedule will seem more bare than usual. Not disputing the EST thing, but there are 50-66% the number of races normally going on.

this is not about lesser races during a one week race! the problem is there a not enough races all the time!

Yup, Est timezone gets continually screwed in race times, particularly people who have "normal hour" jobs. If we are blessed with a race it will be something like 3 hour no projectile party.

if we had 1-2 decent champions from 5:30-11:00 pm EST daily I might actually have a shot at Ming's heart. As it stands now I'll just be able to get an andvarius by doing weekend races and the occasional lucky weekday bone I'm throne.
