Level 96 tree, Life - point - point. At level 85 I will leave out some crit multi and int nodes or something, if you all asking why its level 96, thats where i feel it will be complete.

This has good evasion and dodge, so its real great vs crit builds and non RT ers in general.

As much ms as possible - even using rats nest helm.

And as attack, quill rain bow with ?? attack - COC - EK - fireball - arc - arctic breath ... overkill or what?

What attack should i use? SA? Ice shot? frenzy? barrage?

But I realised - block destroys this :/ Dammit they should 'fix' the block situation in pvp

Every character needs block/dodge or it will just suck except for specefic builds, reason why block needs to be changed.

not even 99 fire res .... still 5k / tick damage O_O. Seems RF doesnt even get a pvp damage reduction

Calm down, i just responded since he said block destroys his build i never even mentioned anything about RF lol wtf. . .

I would use any other build and kill people and there's still going to hate and qq everywhere, i've never heard/saw any of you guys in poe pvp a single time and you guys hate on me because of a build, you think RF is the only thing i've done in pvp ? comon...
