Want to PVP ... what first build would you suggest?

Hello. I'm poor boy, no Orbs here :(
But I think I need to start PvP to enjoy some more this game. I'd like to see a cheap build (I think I could spend about 2-3 Ex on it) and char to start with, just to see how PvP works without being stressed too much with a crappy char... make high level farmer who can map
make low level max 28 pvper play some new leagues -pvp there later when u see how this works and u have orbs to invest you could create a high level pvper in either HC/SC 100 Marauder - Hardcore

I'm mapping with my ranger and I m leveling a summoner... but I think I'm getting bored of this game.
And the fault is mine, not of the game. I simply got too old to enjoy so many hours farming :) I did in the past... but I feel I'm gettin bored. So I need to go PvP , and I'd like a build that can show me something. Thanks for the 28 lvl advice, I didnt know that... I'll do some tries. What for an hig level cheap build now? Righteous Fire is pretty cheap compared to building almost every other PvP build.

Yes, RF is one of the most annoying builds in pvp.
Most players hate also Aegis Aurora - the ES on block gives around 300-400, players deal only ~20% of theirs dps in pvp (due to things that monsters dont have - armor, block, etc). I use this beauty on my Infernal blow duelist (starndard). The chaos dmg cant be blocked, and stacking chaos res is hard. I have around 15K dps, where after counting enemy defences my chaos dmg is half of my dmg in pvp. However, my build is weak aganist CI. IGN: Free_hugging
