I can take Race Season Six reward in new 4months league(after nemesis)?

Yes 2 weeks after they started you can remove them.

Can you claim the race items in multiple leagues? or is it a one time deal? I've never gotten a race item.

" Race/reward items will be in a remove only tab across your leagues. As soon as you remove it in a league it won't be available in the others. Having any trouble? Feel free to email support@grindinggear.com

How to choose which league my rewards will go? At this moment i get my rewards "randomly", one of them go to Nemesis and some go to Domination. I want them to go to one league.

I think you can see the remove-only tab in all your leagues, but you can of course only remove an item once
