Why is there a patch always scheduled at the 10 PM PST signature race?

Probably a concidence, but why is there always a patch scheduled at the 10 PM PST race time. It totally messes up the servers and the last 2 races during this time slot it was messed up too.

This is the best race time slot for me and I would really appreciate it if this wasn't again delayed for an hour.
