Low Level Item Farming

Well as much as I think myself, and every other player loves the PvE aspect of PoE, i think its safe to say that whoever is reading this is going to prefer the PvP side of things :)
Mainly for me the fun is in low level PvP, however one issue pesters me, and that is the hunt for good gear, so i was just wondering, where is your favorite place to farm for items for good usage in low level PvP, thanks in advance for any responses there may be :)

Cheers thrall, already looked at that topic and whilst helpful, i found that most people claim to farm cruel ledge, however when i tried that it seemed to yield no useful gear for me as most was too high level :)
Also, some of the items that people have found for LL PvP are just insane in that that topic is just insane, mostly that 1h axe with the RIDICULOUS damage haha
