so much desync in pvp

why?

Games been excessively desynchy the past few days.

Ya cyclone is pretty bad for it, both in pve and pvp I guess.

Cyclone or not, the games been desynching very very badly past few days. But yes, poorly using Cyclone will cause desynch. You can't just hold it and cruise around like a douche. You need to treat like triangle ww in Diablo2. You should be doing short burst cyclones and namelocking if at all possible to eliminate even more variables.
