1v1 Challenge Player

I did a bit of searching for this but couldn't find any definitive answers.

Is it possible to challenge a single player directly to a duel without going through the matchmaking system?

I find it frustrating to wait until there's 0 players in the matchmaking and then getting a friend to click "Join" on the same time as me.

I was thinking of a "right-click player > duel" option.

If this functionality isn't present, I would like to make this a feature request.

This would be great. I don't think matchmaking should be the only PvP option, aside from the various PvP leagues.

Also: refill the flasks after each bout.
