Storm Cloud event reword losing atack speed?

I recently got
and after using Jewellers orb on it it lost 9% atack speed. My question is why? And what the hell? |

How sure are you that it was 50% before?
Put another jeweler on it and see if it happens again? | |

Dude it event reword, just look at them. This bow had 50%.

I'm pretty sure the rolls you get on your rewards are random and will most likely be different from what is displayed on the event rewards page, for example my Gifts from above has 50iir instead of 42iir

nop It had 1.80 atack speed. Sure as the fact that there is sun.

I'm certain you thought it had 1.80 aspd, though. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
