PC: Death's harp

Hey,

I'm looking to buy a death's harp(http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Death%27s_Harp). I was wondering what it's Worth, i have no understand of the PoE economy at all. I'm lvl 31 and this is my frist try for a trade, all I got is:

25 orb of alt and orb of aug
6 whetstones
8 armor scraps
1 glassblowers bauble
2 Jewellers orb
6 orb of fusing
10 chrom orb
2 orb of chance
12 orb of aug
4 orb of alch
No chaos orbs.
+ a bunch of blue/White res rings :P

As for as unique goes i have wanderlust shoes and ezomyte peak helmet

Will I be able to afford it, what should I pay? I'm aware you generally don't want to trade until u get up in levels.
