Unplayable Lag Inspirenet new zealand

I'm living in Palmerston North New Zealand and my ISP is Inspirenet. For the past few days I spike non stop to 1k+ latency all day
here is a screenshot I took to give the general idea http://i.imgur.com/LQawJgp.png I've tried pretty much everything, calling my ISP results in the normal "try restarting your modem" rubbish they always feed you just to get you off the phone. I play through the Australian gateway, I have tried others but it doesn't seem to fix it. not just you - NZ server is unreachable and aus server sucks with huge ping spikes for no reason. have to play on japan or singapore

nz server is just completely down, aus servers are cooked too but atleast u can join them

Same Issue for me been off and on horrible all weekend but now unplayable...Singapore here i come once again.
