Which League is better for PVP atm?

Hi guys! Just came into this great game. Me and my mate made a Domination league characters. It seems the queue is often empty. Is it better to switch Standard for more people doin some PVP action? Thanks!

If you want to play against dedicated pvp'ers(people who play specifically for pvp), standard has the most competitive environment.
In open or 28 pvp you generally don't have to wait longer than a couple minutes in queue for 1v1's. IGN: _Firebitch
