League Specific PVP?

Has it been confirmed yet whether the first pvp season will be league specific? Or at the very least nemesis/domination combined and standard/hardcore combined?
I really hope the first pvp season is league specific, if its not I don't think ill ever bother playing in a single one. No possible way my 3-4 week old character will be able to compete with the kids who have spent years building up currency/koams/etc. I know they talked about having it be league specific but not sure if it has been confirmed yet. I would be pretty irritated if it weren't league specific. If it's not, I would like to know now, so I can go back to my 81 shadow I leveled in anarchy.

Too many leagues not enough PvP player base for sanctioned events.
Standard, Hardcore and Nemesis low level pvp is naked. 0 in queue. Am I missing out? There are always 0 people in queue lol. I have to ask local/global chats to get people to PvP me. I really do hope there will be support for cross-league PvP. I think there should be SC/Dom and HC/Nem divisions.

" Instead of being league specific and further dividing the PvP population, I'd prefer we had match making ratings and ladders. If you want a larger playerbase to participate you need PVP specific events.
Everything else is just posting a Scoreboard for the tiny amount of PVP Participants. | |

51% of the player base is in standard. Having a matchmaking rating isn't better if I am leveling my 2nd shadow with the same build for no reason bc it's cross league. Dom is popular enough for league specific. If I'm wasting my time, I would like to know ASAP.
