open pvp event without starting new char

i was wandering why not make open world pvp events for people that plays on common server.I understand that there will be cut throat event where u make new char and then u play for certain amount of time open pvp till it ends.Some of players dont like to start all over again-like me.I dont want to make new char everytime i want to do pvp event so why not make for us event where we can switch from common server we play to event pvp server/like switch realm/ and do pvp till it ends and then after that we go back to our normal server and continue playing as we normaly do with same character.

" Likely becuase it is beyond their technology AT THE MOMENT. I wouldn't be suprised to see similar events begin after development for release has been somewhat finalized and in more of a celebration |
