The amount of dmg dealt by this unique mace at lvl 27 (Physical: 131-195, Cold: 10-20 ) is simply too much in my opinion. A common item of the same lvl deals less than half that dmg normally.

I think it's fine to be honest. In PvP, attack speed can usually be much more important than the amount of damage, especially since damage is scaled down in PvP.
As long as you stack enough hp to not get one shot and have a decent amount of skill and employ a decent amount of tactics, ie hit and run tactics using viper strike or bear traps or curses to help yourself, volls users are generally easy to bit. Compare brightbeak and Volls. From the gameplay of most brightbeak users i've come across, they will win most volls users anyday. Build of the Week 14
