How do you think this axe compares to soul taker?

If I exalted IAS on it.
It has slightly less physical damage and the cold damage adds the chance to chill.
What do you think it's worth now? HC.

That axe is ok, will never be a soultaker.

People choose the unique axe because regardless of mana you can still attack...

Its a pretty sweet axe but yeah, as the guy before me said the attx with soultaker doesnt fail if u have no mana and anyways is the AS from soulteker much higher

but the axe is worth something, i cant say it really if you would roll some sweet attack speed it woulda be great.
