PC, The searing touch

It's only a lowbie version of the item, but it's the first of "rarer" kind so to say. So I'm just curious what this could possibly be worth.

Edit, Item level being 17. But still I would think this would ease up the leveling process of staff users a lot!

Low lvl searing is usually worth like 3-4 chaos. Lot of ppl are using it for discharge these days so they want at minimum a 4link. if its over ilvl 50 its usually worth about 7-10 chaos

What does the ilvl have to do with the value? Can someone elaborate for me?
