What's best LLD pvp build against runners

I hate those runners and I want to build something that just destroys them in one shot. I've thought about Arc or flicker strike. What skill combo works the best? Some people just set traps and hide in corner, so I want to be able to go up and just one shot them.

Flicker and bear traps are probably your best bet. Arc can also work well, but it's definitely not going to one shot anybody. Also, the range of arc has considerably decreased in recent patches making it not as viable as it once was in pvp. Well placed totems (for merc pvp) can also help with kiters.

However your damage is going to have to be hella high if you want to be able to one shot people heavier damage skills.

Crit multi-flicker build with an insane claw/dagger could work, as quality on flicker grants critchance. With some decent lightdmg and mutlistrike you will tripple shockstack opponents often...
And against those booby trappers (looking at you Brand!) just use beartrap yourself. Or Cyclone... :)

What about this marauder flicker with geofri's build I keep hearing about. Is that good for my purpose? What skill/aura do they usually run and do they run resolute technique? i heard they go like 3 flicker strike gem, but im not sure how the build works and if it just flys in and one shots.

btw im in hardcore, dont think ppl even LLD, but my friends keep dying before lvl 28 anyways and they always challenge me to a duel. my char is too high lvl to duel anyways, so i was hoping to make a char and troll them.

im planning on running a build like this to maximize my dmg. is this a good idea?

should i put 3 flicker strike linked with a multistrike on my chest? not sure whats best. or is added cold and added ligthning better.

yes i kno this build has no survivability, but is this good enough to one shot a lot of people so I dont need to wrry about surviving?

Anyways, if you are out to prolong your E-PN by killing lowbies go ahead but don´t expect too much help...
